Orders

How do I place an order?


Orders need to be made via our website: customineOnline.com

1. Start shopping by browsing throughout our menus or the products displayed on the homepage.

2. Once you have found an item you want to buy:

a. select size

b. insert name/text you want it printed on the item

c. choose the quantity you want

d. click on the 'ADD TO CART' button

3. You can then either continue shopping, or review the items in your shopping cart later selecting the shopping bag on the top right.

4. If you're happy with the items in your cart, click 'CHECKOUT' to complete your order.

Our current payment method is Paypal. You can make payment using your creditcard via Paypal as well.




Why is my order still processing?


We strive to deliver your order in the shortest time possible.

The production takes place after your order confimation. Production lead time is about 1 to 2 weeks and Local Delivery will take about 2 to 5 working days.

If delivery of your Product is delayed, we will inform you accordingly and the Product will be dispatched after it becomes available.




Where is my order?


Please take note, depending on your country and delivery method the time that your order is going to take to be deliver might vary. Local delivery will take up to 5 working days.

I have changed my mind, can I cancel or change my order?


You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all orders. No refunds and amendments are allowed once the order is processed and/or shipped.

Customine will not be responsible for incorrect size ordered once the order is processed and/or shipped. Customers are strongly advised to enquire through email to our friendly staff if they are uncertain of the measurements.




What should I do if I received a faulty item?


Customine strives to ensure that all items sold on our website are all of the highest quality.

We thoroughly check and carefully package your order before sending it. If however, you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days after receiving you order at info@customineOnline.com to discuss the appropriate action. All issues are dealt with on a case by case basis.

In any cases that exchange is allowed, postage will be fully beared by the buyer.
